Balcony & Terrace

Compact, low-maintenance green pockets for urban balconies and terraces. Designed for the realities of apartment living: weight, wind, and water.

A balcony garden needs to be three things: lightweight (your building's slab has a load limit), wind-tolerant (8th floor balconies get hammered by wind), and low-maintenance (you don't have a hose reel out there).

What we do

  • On-site assessment of light, wind, and weight load
  • Design layout with self-watering planters and lightweight substrates
  • Plant selection: herbs, ornamentals, or both — all suited to your microclimate
  • Full installation: planters, irrigation, plants, drainage
  • Optional monthly maintenance visits

What grows on a balcony

For sun (4+ hours direct): cherry tomatoes, basil, mint, curry leaf, hibiscus, bougainvillea, portulaca, lantana, areca palm. For partial sun (2–4 hours): philodendron, pothos, peace lily, snake plant, ZZ, English ivy, ferns. For shade (under 2 hours): pothos, philodendron, peace lily, calathea, ferns.

What it costs

Installation starts from ₹8,000 for a small (50–80 sq ft) balcony. Most balconies fall in the ₹15,000–₹40,000 range. We provide a fixed quote after the free site visit.

Ongoing care

We recommend pairing your balcony with our Basic Care Plan — monthly horticulturist visits, pest monitoring, seasonal rotation, and priority WhatsApp support.
