Frequently asked questions

Do you do one-off visits or only AMC plans?

We do both. A single visit is ₹1,500 for a small garden, and AMC plans start at ₹1,499 per quarter. Most clients move to an AMC after the second or third visit because it works out cheaper.

Do you ship plants outside Bengaluru?

Yes, we ship across India via specialist plant couriers. Live arrival is guaranteed — see our Shipping Policy.

Can I visit your nursery?

Yes. We are open Mon–Sat, 9am–6pm, and Sun 10am–2pm by appointment. The address is on the Contact page.

How do I pay for an order?

We accept UPI, cards, netbanking, and Razorpay-supported wallets. AMC plans can also be paid quarterly via auto-debit.

What if my plant arrives damaged?

Photograph the box and plant within 24 hours and email us — we will replace it or refund the full amount.
