A 2-acre office campus redevelopment for a Bengaluru tech firm. The client wanted a low-water, low-maintenance landscape that would feel restorative for 600 employees across three buildings.
Approach
We replaced 80% of the existing lawn with native flowering shrubs, gravel mulch, and 280 newly planted trees. The remaining lawn is restricted to a central 2,500 sq ft green for events.
Highlights
- 120 native Plumeria (frangipani) lining the main approach
- A 60-foot vertical green wall on the south façade of Building A
- An outdoor amphitheatre cut into a slope, used for all-hands meetings
- Permeable paving throughout — no impervious surface on the site
Water consumption dropped 65% year-on-year. Employee wellness survey scores went up 18 points.
